Inspired by the "ravazzata" street food of Sicilian markets, our ravas are hand-pinched dough bites designed for the ultimate cheese pull. We take our daily made dough, stuff it with fresh fillings, and bake each one until the outside is crisp and the center is molten. Simple, poppable, and authentic.
